Description
Up on a hill, stood a pink house, uninhabited and falling apart. It was built by a husband for his wife. She loved pink and expensive, imported furnishings to match. He wanted to make her happy, but it was difficult because she bored easily. Many tried to copy the wife, but none of them had either a doting husband or the money to spend so extravagantly. Time passed as the town women had children, grandchildren and eventually died. With the local historians no longer around, an urban legend arose from snippets of passed around conversations. Eventually it was generally thought there never was a husband. And if there were, she probably murdered him.
